These online group sessions are designed to help you build a consistent wellness routine from the comfort of your home.

Missed Session Policy:

  1. If you happen to miss a session, it can be compensated by attending a class in the consecutive (15 days max) month, based on availability.
  2. Please inform in advance (where possible) for smooth scheduling.
