Experience a personalised yoga and wellness journey designed to support your body, mind, and energy. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and current phase of life, helping you release tension, manage stress, improve emotional balance, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re seeking support for hormonal changes, perimenopause, fatigue, stress, or emotional wellbeing, these 1:1 sessions provide a safe and guided space to move mindfully and breathe deeply.


Session Details

  • Duration: 30 or 60 minutes
  • Frequency: 2–3 sessions per week (based on mutual availability)
  • Mode: Offline & Online (Video Call)
  • Focus Areas: Stress management, emotional release, mindful movement, breathwork, hormonal wellness, lifestyle support, and overall vitality


Energy Exchange / Investment

These 1:1 sessions are personalised to your needs and designed for meaningful results.
The energy exchange varies depending on:

  • Session duration
  • Your specific concerns or medical background
  • Level of guidance and support required
  • Online or Offline

Important Note

These sessions are supportive and complementary in nature and do not replace medical treatment. If you are under medical care, sessions will be adapted accordingly to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Missed Session Policy:

1. If you happen to miss a session, it can be compensated by attending a class in the consecutive month, based on availability.

2. Please inform in advance (where possible) for smooth scheduling.
