My Story
My Journey - From Stress to Inner Calm
I’m Jaspreet, a Certified Yoga & Wellness Coach, endorsed by the Ayush Ministry, Government of India, with expertise in holistic healing, mindful living, and meditation for stress relief. I’ve completed over 500 hours of Teacher Training Courses (TTC), including my foundational training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga.
My yoga journey began in 2019, not with the intention to teach, but to heal. Years of corporate life and stress had left me with persistent neck and back pain. As a solo traveler, I took the 100-hour TTC as a mindful getaway, just another journey inward. But destiny had other plans.
When the world slowed down during 2020, yoga and mindfulness meditation became my anchor. It healed my body, steadied my mind, and brought me back to myself. That’s when I realized – yoga wasn’t just my practice; it was my calling. In 2022, I completed my Ayush Ministry (Government of India) certification, and from there, my teaching journey unfolded beautifully. I began with just two students online, then moved into studios, hosted workshops and short sessions, and started guiding individuals 1:1 for stress relief and mindful living.
With an MBA in HR and 16 years of corporate experience, I bring a unique perspective to wellness coaching, blending my understanding of human behavior with the transformative power of yoga and meditation. My sessions bridge corporate life and personal well-being, offering corporate yoga programs for employees, online yoga classes for all levels, and personalized yoga coaching sessions that help individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner balance.

I love spending time in nature and often begin my mornings outdoors – breathing in the fresh air and soaking in the calm energy of the earth. The peace and vitality I draw from these moments inspire my yoga workshops and mindfulness practices, where I weave nature’s grounding energy into every session to help students feel centered, calm, and deeply connected.
Through yoga, I guide my students to cultivate mindfulness, self-love, and clarity, helping them navigate life’s chaos with calm and grace.
